PMG-M-130 Device Select Overview

The PMG-M-130 Applications software is a statically structured stand-alone software package. It has been designed to allow the user to execute several of the PMGM-130.EXE programs simultaneously in a windows environment.  This type of flexibility enhances the development of multiple PMG-M-130 devices installed in a single system.  The program can handle up to 255 PCI/PXI devices on a single system.

The Application software allows the user to install several PMG-M-130 devices to form a larger system.  The user may then use the Select Device Window to select the current device to execute commands on.  The main window is shown below.

CURRENT ACTIVE DEVICE - This displays the current active device for all windows in the application program.

INSTALLED PMG-M-130 DEVICE LIST  - This is the installed PMG-M-130 devices in the system.

Select Highlighted Device  - This is the Select device that is highlighted in the list box. Pressing this button or double clocking on the device will set that device active for the application program.

RETURN to MAIN Men   - Return to main menu will not change the current device setting highlighted in the list box. The user must either double click or click on the Select Device button.

PCI BUS  - This the PCI information of the highlighted device in the list box. Information displayed in the Board information box is not active until the user double clicks or clicks on the Select Device button. At that time Item will display that selected active device.

 PCI SLOT - This the PCI information of the highlighted device in the list box. Information displayed in the Board information box is not active until the user double clicks or clicks on the Select Device button. At that time Item will display that selected active device.

 PMG-M-130 BOARD ID  - This the PCI information of the highlighted device in the list box. Information displayed in the Board information box is not active until the user double clicks or clicks on the Select Device button. At that time Item will display that selected active device.

 PMG-M-130 BOARD MODEL  - This the PCI information of the highlighted device in the list box. Information displayed in the Board information box is not active until the user double clicks or clicks on the Select Device button. At that time Item will display that selected active device.

PMG-M-130 BOARD SERIAL NUMBER  - This the PCI information of the highlighted device in the list box. Information displayed in the Board information box is not active until the user double clicks or clicks on the Select Device button. At that time Item will display that selected active device.

STATUS BAR - The status bar will show that status of the last command. If the user activates the device the status bar will show the board information and that it has been activated.
