The information contained in the following encrypted e-mail is considered secure information and will only be decrypted by BASIL Networks assigned security individual responsible for handling encrypted information. All encrypted documents are screened at the BASIL Networks Information Center (BNIC) and handled according to the level of security required. We do not send out unsolicited mailings or is any information shared with third party affiliates of any kind and we comply with all federal laws, guidelines and constitutional rights to individual and corporate privacy. BASIL Networks will not request private information over the phone or through e-mails unless the data is encrypted both sending and receiving. Public PGP keys area available on line - public keys.

All individuals sending information have the constitutional right to request a copy of their information kept by BASIL Networks.  There is no charge to request your information once a year and any information that you wish to remove will be removed within a reasonable time frame according to the resources available at the time.  BASIL Networks does not keep information on individuals unless they are working with or for BASIL Networks in some capacity. Only information required by laws is kept active for the duration.

All contracts and contract e-mails are kept active for the duration of the contract. At the end of life of the contract the complete set of e-mails are compiled and encrypted then put in our archive. A copy may be requested for a nominal duplication fee.
